About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in HVAC-R at our Alexandria branch. As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch
About You

We are looking for a team player with good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. If you are willing to learn, take on new challenges, and maintain a neat and tidy workspace, we want to hear from you.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
