Playland Operations Lead

Our business is a leading provider of children's indoor play facilities across Australia, with numerous sites operating 7 days a week. The Assistant Playland Manager role will involve overseeing the overall operations of the store, including managing a team of up to 30 staff members.

This is a hands-on position requiring you to work closely with your team to achieve results and drive business success. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring efficient shift management.

  • You will develop and implement new strategies to boost profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage employees effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of indoor play equipment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

About You:

  • As a proactive manager, you must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident and professional demeanor is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience as a manager or supervisor within the hospitality and/or indoor play centre industry is highly desirable.
  • Barista knowledge is a must-have for this position.
  • A current First Aid certification and Working With Children check are mandatory requirements.
  • Experience in effectively managing a team of 15+ staff members is preferred.
