Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a qualified educator to lead our Junior Room Team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children aged 2-3 years and committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the EYLF framework.
  • Communicate effectively with educators, children, and families to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Design engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces that foster exploration, experimentation, and play.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Facilitate children's learning through play-based activities that weave their interests with professional expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records for each child, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Respond to children's emotional needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner, while adhering to established policies and procedures.
