Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement effective stock management systems to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment and report any hazards or incidents to your supervisor
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
