Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our Fresh Convenience Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the daily operations of our convenience store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate ordering and stock rotation to meet customer demands.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by being respectful, friendly, and approachable at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
