As an Agency Manager, you will have the opportunity to progress towards full franchise ownership within 6 months, with a competitive base salary and the option to work from home.
The program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the recruitment industry, with a comprehensive leadership and development program that includes tailored coaching and mentoring. You will have the opportunity to develop an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical, placing good people into good jobs.
As a Franchisee in Training, you will be supported by an experienced Head Office team and provided with all the systems, tools, training, and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment agency. A typical day will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, attending offsite client visits, and participating in our professional development training program.
We are looking for an experienced 360-degree recruitment consultant who is eager to take the next step in their career and become a franchise owner. If you have a proven track record in business development, are adept at managing and tracking your activities via an ATS platform, and possess high-level interpersonal communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
As a franchise owner, you will have the opportunity to become a part of a global leader in the staffing sector, with a significant opportunity to own your own recruitment franchise business. You will be supported by a comprehensive development program, covering all facets of business, and will have the option to reduce your initial investment in your franchise business.
