We're seeking passionate professionals to join our team as a Caring Youth Support Professional, providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs.

You'll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building positive, caring relationships with young people
  • Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities
  • Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
  • A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential
  • An eagerness to learn, develop, and apply trauma-informed care practices
