Responsibilities:
  • Perform services and treatments such as facial treatments, body treatments, body massages including aromatherapy massage, deep muscle massage, and any other Spa treatment offered.
  • Liaise with practitioners, therapists, receptionists, and colleagues to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment.
  • Act responsibly at all times in relation to personal safety along with the safety of colleagues and guests of the spa.
  • Build rapport with guests, establishing genuine emotional connections to create a loyal clientele.
  • Maintain and update own knowledge of all treatments, wellness journeys, and current promotions.
  • Recommend wellness-inducing lifestyle practices and home care (retail) to guests based on Consultation Form and observations made during treatment.
  • Utilise basic functionality of Spa software, such as viewing appointments and guest profiles.
  • Ensure preferences and relevant medical conditions are constantly updated on guest profiles.
  • Communicate regularly with Lead Therapist and Spa Manager.
  • Understand the functions of other departments and their interlinkages with the spa.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification.
  • Biologique Recherche qualification is highly favourable.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Display a professional appearance representing Sofitel brand standards.
