About the Role

The key roles and responsibilities include: Technical Content Development: assist with the development of practitioner technical education resources including articles, infographics and clinical tools/guides or other practitioner support materials. Clinical Support: assist the clinical support team, facilitating accurate and clinically relevant support for BioMedica practitioners. Training, Education and Events: assist with the development of technical and product training materials, handouts or companion resources. There is also potential to present at internal and external seminars, webinars and education events.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Naturopathy (Australia) or equivalent relevant experience is required. Experience in technical content development, adult education or practitioner clinical support would be advantageous, but not essential. Previous experience in adult education/training is also advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Self-motivation, ability to work as part of a team, excellent organisational skills and an aptitude for assessing the clinical relevance of scientific publications are required.
