Job Description

The City Central and Activation Manager will be responsible for shaping the identity and vibrancy of a university precinct by providing strategic leadership and coordinating with various stakeholders to create an engaging environment.

  • Lead the delivery of a strategic direction in close collaboration with senior university officials.
  • Design and deliver an annual engagement plan to measure and evaluate the impact of activation initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery of student and education support services, including supervising administrative staff.
  • Solicit and manage partnerships with industry executives and community leaders to secure resources and support for precinct activation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary degree and extensive management expertise with relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge through education, training, or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs, developing policies, reviewing or evaluating significant initiatives related to stakeholder engagement and student services.
  • Ability to supervise, influence, and guide staff while fostering collaboration across teams and programs.
