As an Employment Coach, you will provide tailored employment support to individuals, empowering them to achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways.

  1. Motivate and mentor participants to develop and establish their vocational identity.
  2. Provide hands-on and highly consultative support to a small group of participants.
  3. Deliver person-centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to work.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
