Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. Our work is allocated 2 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your schedule with confidence.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.88 per hour, flexible work/life balance, and the opportunity to live local while working locally. Our roster flexibility allows for up to 30 hours per week, dependent on business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fostering strong working relationships with Grocery personnel is key to success in this role.
  • Create and maintain quality planograms in stores.
  • Pricing and ticketing compliance is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone.
  • Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working.
  • Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to.
