Early Childhood Educator Career Pathway

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead Educator/Educational Leader in delivering excellence in early childhood education and care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it.
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the centre.
  • Willingness to commence a traineeship through our Learning Academy.
