**Job Title:** Production Boilermaker/Welder

**Job Description:**
We are seeking experienced fabricators with expertise in MIG or Flux Core Welding to join our production team. The successful candidates will work on a major defence shipbuilding program, contributing to the construction of complex Anti-Submarine Warfare Frigates.
This is a long-term career opportunity with permanent employment and regular working hours. Afternoon and night shifts are available, with opportunities for overtime.
**Responsibilities:**
Undertake tasks and duties as directed by Production supervision and/or trades trainer within bounds of current competence. Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required. Properly maintain materials, tools and equipment. Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area. Adhere to safety policies and management practices.

**Requirements:**
Experience in fabrication with MIG or Flux Core Welding. Ability to read drawings. Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment. Strong time keeping abilities. Excellent communication.
