Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with clinical and management teams to improve workflows, monitor treatment acceptance, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Marketing Support:
Contribute to marketing and patient engagement efforts to support practice growth.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment workflows
- Strong background in patient communication and customer service
- Skilled in managing sensitive financial discussions with empathy and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dental4Windows or similar)
