Your Role

As a Training Systems Officer, you will be responsible for the education, training, and development of Navy personnel to ensure they are qualified and job-ready. You will design, develop, and manage adult education and vocational training systems and solutions across the Navy.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Developing, designing, and evaluating training solutions and workplace assessment processes
  2. Training management and governance
  3. Facilitating the training and development of instructors across the Navy
  4. Identifying individual competency needs
  5. Administrating training and assessment systems
  6. Providing advice on education and training policy
