Residential Care Specialist

Residential care workers play a vital role in the delivery of person-centred care. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living needs.
This includes supporting them with personal care activities such as bathing, showering and dressing, as well as helping with toileting and continence management.
You will also assist with feeding residents and support their mobility and dexterity through transfers and lifting.
As part of your role, you will work closely with other care staff to identify the individualised needs of residents and develop tailored care plans.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Qualifications in aged care or a related field.
