Employment: Ongoing Full Time or Part Time (more than one position available, hours negotiable)

Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
- Support the delivery of diversional therapy programs and contribute to resident wellbeing.
- Complete routine documentation, general observations, and risk assessments.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised environment through equipment use and team collaboration.

What we're looking for

- Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
- Ability to work well within a team and show initiative in daily care responsibilities
- Strong communication skills with a respectful approach to residents, families, and colleagues
- Understanding of confidentiality, safety, and customer service in a care setting
