We're looking for a Culture Partner who can drive engagement initiatives across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

  • Design and deliver culture programs that bring our values to life.
  • Lead the employee survey program and partner with stakeholders to embed engagement strategies.
  • Support the implementation of new listening tools and provide insights to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in delivering culture and engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
