Youth Mental Health Program Leader

The organization seeks an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of two child and youth mental health programs.
Key responsibilities include supporting a team to deliver high-quality services, leading a strengths-based approach, and fostering a positive team culture.
The programs include early intervention support for children and families, as well as coaching parents to build their skills and confidence.
Applicants should have a degree qualification in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, and experience in program leadership, people leadership, and IT capability.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a passion for working with vulnerable children and young people.
