Practice Nurse Director

A full-time Practice Nurse Manager position is available at a leading healthcare provider in Ringwood. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to a team of nurses.
The Role- Provide strategic leadership and effective management to a team of registered nurses.
- Ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary.
- Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff.
- Maintain a high-performing treatment room environment that aligns with best practice procedures.
- Collaborate with the GP to conduct health assessments, develop GP management plans, and facilitate reviews.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare setting.
- Registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for people and a personable approach.
