Electrical Reliability Engineer

Persolkelly is partnering with a leading port terminal operator to seek an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and integrity of terminal equipment, driving continuous improvements, and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and oversee electrical asset reliability, safety, and maintenance improvement activities.
  2. Take full responsibility for preventative and reactive maintenance of all electrical assets.
  3. Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead structured investigations to identify and resolve electrical faults.
  4. Continuously review and improve preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life and reduce maintenance costs.
  5. Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and safety protocols while conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Hands-on expertise with electrical systems, including high voltage switching and automation & control systems.
  3. Proven ability to lead fault diagnosis and implement preventative measures to ensure equipment reliability.
