We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Vista. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in implementing process improvements, optimizing production efficiency, and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Conduct time studies and value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with vendors to source equipment and materials.
  • Apply statistical methods to analyze production trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production/manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering and/or process planning in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process development, and project engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
