Job Description:

This role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends; overtime pay is applicable.

As a Customer Sales & Service Retail Assistant, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining a safe environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
  2. Providing genuine service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
  3. Utilizing your customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
  4. Maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  5. Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing merchandise.
  6. Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member to foster a positive team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
