Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Information Disclosure Officer to play a key role in managing Freedom of Information requests and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, highly developed communication and analytical skills, as well as strong stakeholder engagement abilities.

This position involves making decisions on complex FOI matters, prioritising client needs and resources, preparing various documents, and supporting the development of systems and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in making informed decisions regarding Freedom of Information requests.
  • Prioritise client requirements and available resources to deliver timely results.
  • Prepare and contribute to various documents, including briefing materials and reports.
  • Support the development of systems, processes, and tools for effective FOI handling and awareness.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
