Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to play a critical role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards throughout their development and production lifecycle.

This individual will review customer purchase orders, conduct technical investigations, and support the delivery of solutions that align with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance.

  • The successful candidate will act as a key interface between quality control and assurance functions, managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • They will engage directly with suppliers and customers, lead quality process improvements, and contribute to broader business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing customer purchase orders and conducting technical investigations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engaging directly with suppliers and customers to identify and implement quality process improvements.
  • Contributing to broader business initiatives by applying quality principles and practices to new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of product design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technical writing in an engineering environment.
  • A good understanding of Product Safety and Quality Processes.
  • Awareness of the principles of technical risk management.
  • Awareness of Configuration Management Processes.
  • An understanding of applicable engineering toolsets.
  • Able to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment.
