Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure seamless performance and engagement for customers.
  • Develop strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction through data analysis and market research.
  • Enhance the online product catalogue by reviewing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Leadership skills and team management expertise are also essential in this role. Excellent knowledge of current e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital tools is required as well as the ability to make informed strategic decisions based on data analysis.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role with strong leadership skills and team management expertise.
