TS-PA Vetting Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled TS-PA Vetting Manager to lead our team in developing a new capability for Top Secret-Privileged Access (TS-PA) vetting.

About the Job

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a critical project that requires meticulous personal security clearance processes. As our TS-PA Vetting Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a high-performing team of TS-PA Vetting Analysts, conducting complex personal security clearance processes, and leveraging your experience to build the capability within your team.

  • Supervise a high-performing team of TS-PA Vetting Analysts and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct thorough personal security clearance processes meticulously, adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage your extensive experience to help build the capability within your team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Manage caseloads and execution effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and working in high-security environments, with a strong understanding of the PSPF.
  • A current or recently held PV or NV2 clearance, with a willingness to upgrade to the new TS-PA clearance.
  • A Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting), which we will provide training for if needed.
