We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project Delivery Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of projects in terms of quality, schedule, and commercial value.
- You will manage project teams in relation to budget, resources, delivery, and issues.
- You will oversee and manage team members' professional development.
- You will participate in project meetings as required.
- You will develop project budgets and financial targets.
- You will head contract management.
- You will coordinate subcontractor relationships.
- You will create, manage, and coordinate programs.
- You will liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, clients, and external stakeholders.
- You will coordinate project administration.
- You will ensure that Quality Assurance standards are incorporated and adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying combined with significant experience in large-scale construction.
- Industrial experience with projects greater than $30m in value will be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles, and project delivery methods.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking abilities.
