Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to drive quality improvements across the business.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Direct and mentor quality team members to ensure compliance to production specifications and standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure quality has an effective input to total performance.
  • Investigate and implement quality improvement activities agreed with the business area.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) by raising improvement proposals.
  • Develop and execute an audit schedule that ensures quality objectives are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian citizenship eligible for Defence Security Clearance.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tertiary degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Formal Quality Qualifications or Diploma in Quality Management preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Engineering roles.
