Job Role: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance activities.

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney with some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of testing methodologies, leading test strategies, and creating and managing test cases.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Leverage expertise in CyberArk to drive process improvements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
  • Effective communication and collaboration are crucial for success
  • Cybersecurity and operations integration experience is highly valued
  • Experience working on identity access management projects and software methodology is required
  • Familiarity with various test management and defect tracking tools is necessary
