Store Floor Attendant

The cleaning and trolley collection role is an integral part of providing a safe and positive shopping experience for customers. This key position involves working in various departments across the store, utilizing equipment and products to ensure floors are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store, as well as cleaning team rooms, toilets, and offices. Additionally, collecting trolleys from within and around the store and carpark is a crucial task, regardless of weather conditions.
This role requires physical fitness, active energy, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors with minimal supervision. Employees must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week, is essential. The ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours is also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Although prior experience is not required, full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
