Job Title: Master of Beverage Operations

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our beverage operations. As the Master of Beverage Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing seasonal menus, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement seasonal beverage menus
- Manage and maintain inventory to control costs
- Provide guidance and recommendations to guests on beverages
- Train staff on service standards and beverage knowledge
- Monitor and improve bar operations to meet high standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a senior leadership or management role within a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
