Customer Service Operations Assistant

This role is a dynamic and customer-focused position that supports the day-to-day operational functions of our depot.

The successful candidate will deliver high levels of customer service, build strong working relationships with courier franchisees, contractors, and customers, and ensure compliance with our systems, procedures, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics, freight, or transport. A forklift license is advantageous but not required.

We are seeking someone with strong time management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

To be successful in this role, you will need to manage front-office consignments, promotional orders, and marketing materials, assist in the collection of revenue, and support operational profitability.
