Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Liaise with owners and tenants to provide exceptional customer service.
- Arrange quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required.
- Run Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Work closely with an Assistant and Admin support team to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven experience in managing your own portfolio in strata.
- Current property manager registration and valid driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of relevant compliance requirements and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary package, including up to $110,000 + super base (depending on experience) + meeting fees + bonus incentives.
