About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients requiring rehabilitation, aged care, or palliative support.

Job Overview
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being throughout their healthcare experience.
  • You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop tailored care plans to address these needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning are highly valued attributes.
  • You must possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,651 - $99,129 (Pro Rata).
