Caregiver for Rehabilitation, Aged Care, and Palliative Support

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients requiring rehabilitation, aged care, or palliative support.
Job Overview- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being throughout their healthcare experience.
- You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop tailored care plans to address these needs.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning are highly valued attributes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,651 - $99,129 (Pro Rata).
