Remote Clinical Support Specialist

This is a freelance opportunity for experienced clinical professionals to provide mental health support remotely. Local candidates are preferred but others can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized telehealth or onsite mental health services to clients.
  • Focus on cases involving depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction and other complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
  • Expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
  • Minimum 300 hours of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations.
