Key Role in Patient Care

The position of Intake Clinician plays a vital role in managing referrals and ensuring patients receive the appropriate level of care.

The ideal candidate will be an Allied Health or Nursing professional with solid clinical experience and a good understanding of multi-disciplinary rehabilitation approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Determining eligibility and prioritization against guidelines, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
  2. Managing referrals and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
