This role will drive growth of cardiology services across New South Wales by building meaningful relationships with referrers and healthcare professionals. This involves increasing awareness, facilitating referral pathways, and promoting service offers to existing and potential referrers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining networks in the General Practice, hospital, and medical community to increase referrals.
  • Executing educational activities and presenting value propositions to referrers.
  • Maintaining CRM data analysis and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
  • Coordinating events to deepen relationships with referrers.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a business or health-related field.
  • Proven success in sales and/or direct engagement roles, preferably in healthcare services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and team motivation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities, with data-driven approaches delivering outcomes.
