Job Title: Senior Payroll Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Payroll Officer. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of delivering high-quality services by supporting our valued staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end payroll processing (high volume)
- Set up of new employees
- Processing superannuation, annual leave, terminations, and redundancies
- Preparation of payroll tax and PAYG
- EOM reporting and payroll reconciliations
- Manage employee payroll queries

About You:

The successful applicant will have/be:

- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
