Talented Therapeutic Case Manager Wanted

We provide therapeutic intervention services for children and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, and attachment issues. Our clinical framework is supported by a knowledge team that enhances outcomes through internal development, research, and specialist consultation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the clinical team in supervision, partnership building, and performance monitoring.
- Manage complex therapeutic cases, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate program referrals through intake consultations and provide face-to-face services across the region.
- Collaborate with young people, families, and care teams to create safety action plans and monitor therapeutic goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a Health or Welfare field, including experience working with family violence and diverse families.
