Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring support workers to join our team in Tasmania.

About the Role:
  1. The successful candidate will provide consumer support within a reablement and wellness framework.
  2. This includes using a strength-based approach to assist consumers in achieving their goals and living independently.
  3. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering restorative focused home support plans by providing guidance and direction.
  4. Additionally, the support worker will assist with daily living tasks and help consumers develop independence.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged, Disability, Community or relevant discipline
  • Experience working in an aged, health or community setting is highly regarded
  • A current motor vehicle driver's license is also required
