As a Commissioning Manager at HDR, you will play a critical role in leading our Building Engineering Services (BES) team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the commissioning process for projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and driving business growth
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement commissioning strategies
- Providing technical advice and support to clients
- Leading factory tests and inspections
- Developing and implementing commissioning plans and schedules
- Managing data and reporting

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Significant experience in commissioning or facility engineering
- Green Star AP, LEED AP, CSA, or LEED Associate – highly advantageous
- Strong communication and leadership skills
