The position you are applying for is an exciting opportunity to join our Advisory team in Canberra as an Operational Support Professional. Your pivotal contribution will drive operational success, supporting our daily functions. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and the entire team, you will facilitate internal coordination and administration – including meeting management, budget development, financial management (invoicing) and reporting and secretariat & governance etc.

This role extends to external coordination encompassing project management, proposal, and report assistance. Located in Canberra, our team fosters a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere. You will be responsible for supporting drafting and formatting reports, proposals, specifications, general correspondence, and preparation of presentations. Meeting coordination, preparing agendas, and taking minutes are also part of your responsibilities.

You will organise events and travel, assist with on-boarding, resourcing, and organising training and development, update and maintain project databases, job files, business plans and other documentation, champion our technical systems for other team members, and perform general project administration and coordination tasks as and when required.

We offer a competitive salary of **$80,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
