We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a maximum term contract until 8th August 2025, with paid leave and a 15.4% superannuation contribution.

Job Description

As an Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting detailed research to accurately associate participating and non-participating institutions;
  • Preparing complex Request for Information (RFI) packages and issuing them to institutions;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, including case notes, reports, and official documentation;
  • Working autonomously to meet individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of attention to detail;
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of operational practices and efficiencies;
  • Ensuring the timely and sensitive progression of applications, supporting a trauma-informed approach to service delivery.

Requirements
  • Research & Analytical Skills: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to effectively conduct research and analysis;
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to issue RFIs, liaise with institutions, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders;
  • Attention to Detail: You must be methodical and organised, ensuring that all documentation and records are kept accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations;
  • Self-Management & Resilience: You must demonstrate the ability to self-manage in a complex, high-demand environment;
  • Process Improvement Focused: You must proactively identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
