At Sodexo, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our Work Management Compliance Administrators play a critical role in ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a compliance or contracts role, preferably in the maintenance sector. They will be responsible for managing the timely processing of reimbursable invoices related to facilities maintenance scope of works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating completed works in the IFS/D365 system for data accuracy
  • Ensuring all necessary information has been collated to support work completion, including client approvals and quotes
  • Providing feedback to site teams on missing data and proactively following up on any process gaps
  • QAing submissions prior to sending to clients and ensuring correct approval processes are followed

The Work Management Compliance Administrator will also be responsible for generating monthly reimbursable invoice QA documents and distributing weekly/monthly contract compliance reports. This is a Monday to Friday position based out of our office, reporting to the FM Works Compliance Manager.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, and reporting all incidents and hazards.
