About the Role

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the individual needs, wishes, and goals of each resident are met in a supportive and respectful environment. This will involve:

  • Supervising and coordinating care to residents across the home
  • Supporting the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality care is provided
  • Ensuring residents feel supported, valued, and treated with dignity and respect
  • Coordinating care to meet the individual needs of each resident

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Cert 4 qualification and medication endorsement
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels, both orally and in writing
  • The ability to understand and use information technology and programs, and to learn new skills as required
  • A working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization
