**Deputy Principal - Education Support Role Overview**

**Job Description:** ASESC is seeking a highly professional, operationally focused, and values-driven Deputy Principal – Education Support to join its leadership team. The Deputy Principal will work with the principal and leadership team to ensure the effective daily operation of the school, with a strong focus on behaviour support, student wellbeing, and maintaining high-quality support systems.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinating student services
  • Managing transitions
  • SUPPORTING behaviour intervention planning
  • Embedding consistent, evidence-based practice across classrooms
