We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Officer to join our busy regional centre.
Our hospital receives an interesting and diverse case mix, making it an exciting place to work.
The Hospital is a 170-bed tertiary teaching hospital that provides public hospital services on behalf of the Victorian Government to the Community of Mildura and the Sunraysia District.
Our hospital offers a range of Acute Services including Emergency, Maternity, Intensive Care, General Medicine and Surgery, Medical Imaging, Pathology, Dialysis, Mental Health (Inpatient and community services) and Ambulatory Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- Currently in the General and Acute Care Medicine Advanced Training Program with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- A minimum of 3+ years relevant clinical experience in general medicine.
