The Role

A seasoned Project Manager is sought to oversee multiple projects, collaborating closely with site teams, clients, and senior management to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and control construction programmes using ASTA software.
  • Maintain budgets, monitor costs, and manage variations.
  • Foster a culture of robust Health & Safety standards on all projects.
  • Implement quality assurance processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams and junior staff.
  • Provide accurate project progress reports to senior management.
  • Support pre-construction and tender activities when required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar senior project leadership role within construction.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with ASTA programming software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risk.
  • Full driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
